Every home inspector has his own unique equipment, qualifications, personality, experience and reporting methods. The state of Tennessee regulates home inspectors through a licensing program to protect consumers. This program does little in the way of ensuring that you will get the best possible home inspection. Many home inspectors who follow only the state guidelines will complete a home inspection in under 2 hours using nothing more than a paper checklist and a few basic hand tools. I am not one of these inspectors. I will always place your investment interests and your familiy's safety above all other concerns. I use advanced tools and training to find problems often overlooked by many home inspectors. I will also spend as much time as either you or I require to ensure that you are satisfied and comfortable with my work. When you hire a home inspector you will get exactly what you pay for.
